The Eko Park Townhome Owners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting will be to elect two (2) Class A Members to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association. Please take a moment to review the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.ekoparktownhomes.com. The Candidacy Statement can also be reviewed online under the “Election Meeting Materials” tab.

If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Tuesday, March 5, 2024, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.
